Cider donuts, pumpkin spice, foliage, spooky home decor… that’s right, it’s officially my favorite time of year! As a born and raised New Englander, I’m more than partial to the fall season. Even though I’ve lived in Los Angeles for over five years now, I still miss the changing of the leaves and cooler temperatures. The wonderful thing about LA that I do love? The city and its inhabitants go all in on the spooky Halloween season. I’ve loved horror movies since I was a kid, and as soon as the calendar flips to October 1st, the horror movie marathons begin. Over time, my friends have looked to me as the horror know-it-all, asking for film recommendations on what to watch throughout October. This year, I thought it might be fun to utilize the blog feature of my website and type out a handy list to serve as a guide. I’ve spread the films out across various streaming services but if you don’t have access to all of them, don’t fret! There’s plenty of horror flicks to go around. Take a look below and happy viewing!
